		HCR107	TUCKER	HEALTH CARE/RECORDS - Urges and requests the Department of Health and Hospitals to study whether Louisiana should implement information technology utilized by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
		HB347	DOWNS	INSURANCE DEPARTMENT - Provides that certain health information in possession of the Dept. of Insurance is confidential; provides exceptions
		HB368	BURRELL	SALES/TOBACCO TRADE - Provides relative to smoking tobacco and smoking tobacco products sold from self-service displays (EN DECREASE GF RV See Note)
		HB449	ANDERS	OPTOMETRISTS - Revises certain qualifications for licensure as an optometrist
