 Oversight of rule changes proposed by the Department of Transportation and Development to the Airport Construction and Development Priority Program.
 Quarterly review, receipt of public testimony, and approval of projects recommended for the Port Construction and Development Priority Program pursuant to R.S. 34:3453.
 Consideration and approval of a project selected for use of the design-build method by the Department of Transportation and Development pursuant to R.S. 48:250.2.
