TAX/AD VALOREM: Provides a companion bill to the constitutional amendment granting a property tax exemption for the elderly, in order to make technical changes in Title 47 and to add the exemption to the statutory penalty provision for making or aiding false statements or furnishing false information in any affidavit or other document or for subjecting exempt property to a higher millage than allowed.
