 Consider and approve the meeting minutes dated August 12, 2024, February 26, 2025, April 14, 2025, and March 3, 2026.

BUSINESS
 1. Consider the use of the Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) method for CommCare Management Corporation for the Wynhoven Health Care expansion and construction of St. Andrews Village pursuant to R.S. 38:2225.2.4
 2. Consider the use of the Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) method for the City of Kenner for the construction of the new Kenner Fire Station 35 pursuant to R.S. 38:2225.2.4
 3. Consider the use of the Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) method for the Florida Parishes Juvenile Justice District for the construction of the Regional Residential Group Home pursuant to R.S. 38:2225.2.4
 4. Consider the use of the Construction Management at Risk (CMaR) method for St. Charles Parish Hospital Service District 1 for the St. Charles Parish Hospital South Campus Support Services addition pursuant to R.S. 38:2225.2.4
 5. Receive public testimony and vote to accept, reject, or modify Port Priority Applications received through June 1, 2026, for inclusion in the FY 2027-2028 Recommended Port Construction and Development Priority Program pursuant to R.S. 34:3453.
 6. Update from the Department of Transportation and Development on the transformation initiatives.
 7. Bridge Maintenance Report pursuant to Act No. 245 of the 2026 Regular Session.
 8. Update on the Louisiana Transportation Infrastructure Funds (LTIF 2.0 and 3.0).
