           Using the local pool of disenfranchised youth, ages fourteen to twenty-four, those that are dropouts, or are considering dropping out, youth rescued from sex trafficking, and those rescued from street gangs. Cross to Crown Mentorship Program will teach these youth a skill, primarily welding and fitting, character building and moral fiber and financial responsibility. After course completion the mentorship program will assist the cadets in securing employment. There will be other skilled industrial crafts taught at the Cross To Crown Mentorship Program.
