 4. Review and approval of Water Sector Commission recommendations, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:100.56
 5. Review of contract extensions between Louisiana Economic Development between Zehnder Communications and Graham Group, in accordance with R.S. 39:1615(J)
 6. Review of a contract amendment between Louisiana Department of Education and Primary Class, Inc., dba Odyssey, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1615(J)
 7. Review and approval of dedications of the full state sales tax increments in a Tax Increment Financing proposal between the state of Louisiana and the Headquarters Hotel Subdistrict of the New Orleans Exhibition Hall Authority Economic Growth and Development District, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 33:9038.34
