BUSINESS
 1. To approve minutes from the Joint House Ways and Means and Senate Revenue and Fiscal Affairs meetings held July 11, 2024, and September 18, 2024
 2. To discuss capital outlay projects and receive testimony from nonstate entities that did not receive reauthorization of existing lines of credit in July due to the lack of expenditure of state funds for at least two years.
