TITLE IV--PREDIAL SERVITUDES

CHAPTER 1--GENERAL PRINCIPLES

Art. 646.  Predial servitude; definition.

A predial servitude is a charge on a servient estate for the benefit of a dominant estate.

The two estates must belong to different owners.
