Rule 3.4. President Pro Tempore; election; removal; vacancy
A. The President Pro Tempore shall be elected by the members of the Senate from
among the members thereof in the same manner as the President. He shall be elected
every four years, and his election shall be the next order of business following election of
the President.
B. He may be removed from office in the same manner as the President.
C. A vacancy in the office of President Pro Tempore shall be filled in the same
manner as the original election.
