§8. One sex may denote the other; definition of sex

            A. Words used in reference to one sex apply also to the other sex, except as otherwise clearly indicated by the context.

            B. "Sex" means an individual's biological sex, either male or female, as observed or clinically certified at birth. "Gender identity" and other subjective terms shall not be used as synonyms or substitutes for the term "sex".
