CHAPTER 1-A. STATE CASH MANAGEMENT REVIEW BOARD
§371. Cash management review board; creation
The cash management review board is hereby created to be composed of the state
treasurer, the legislative auditor, the commissioner of administration, the chairman of the
Senate Committee on Finance, and the chairman of the House Committee on Appropriations,
or their designees.
