          The goals and objectives are to support a major annual event that promotes tourism through the live ESPN broadcast, and serves to enhance the economy of Louisiana through the local/regional business activity. The Bowl also enhances the economy through tourism, provides positive media exposure for the State, and advertising/promotional opportunities through the live ESPN broadcast.
