          The long range plan is to form a coalition with the West Feliciana School System and West Feliciana Sheriff's Office, and breakdown barriers to promote ethnic and racial harmony. The revitalization of the
JSDHS site is a perfect fit.

          In all, the JSDAA/F will restore the John S. Dawson high
School site into a parish-wide community center with activities that will include, but not be limited to, 1) Educational; 2) Recreational;
3) Charitable; 4) Social Welfare; 5) Released Incarcerated Men; 6) Emergency Response and 7) Nutritional Gardening.
