LEGISLATION TO BE CONSIDERED
		SR154	LUNEAU	TRANSPORTATION/DEV DEPT - Requests the Department of Transportation and Development to study the current structure of the Red River, Atchafalaya, and Bayou Beouf Levee District and its board operations in comparison to other levee board operations throughout the state.
		HCR107	WRIGHT	PORTS/HARBORS/TERMINALS - Creates a joint subcommittee to study port infrastructure strategies
CONSIDERATION OF ANY OTHER MATTERS THAT MAY COME BEFORE THE COMMITTEE
	In accordance with RS 38:2225.2.4, to consider use of the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) method for the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board for the renovations and improvements at the currently closed Broadmoor Middle School.

Persons who do not feel comfortable giving testimony in person may submit a prepared statement in accordance with Senate Rule 13.79, in lieu of appearing before the committee. Statements may be emailed to sthpw@legis.la.gov and must be received by the committee secretary at least four hours prior to the meeting to be included in the record for this committee meeting.

Audio/visual presentations, such as PowerPoint, must be received by the committee secretary at sthpw@legis.la.gov at least twenty-four hours PRIOR to the scheduled start of the committee meeting for review and prior approval. Thumb drives will NOT be accepted.
