 Overview of the capital outlay budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 including presentation on the capital outlay process by the Office of Facility Planning and Control
 Discussion of capital outlay appropriations for state entities included in House Bill No. 2 of the 2026 Regular Session including funding priorities, the status of projects, and monies needed to advance state projects to construction from the following state agencies:
 Division of Administration
 Department of Education, including higher education systems under the Board of Regents
 Department of Transportation and Development
 Office of Louisiana Highway Construction
 Louisiana Economic Development
 Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority
 Department of Military Affairs
 Department of Culture, Recreation and Tourism
 Department of Public Safety and Corrections
