 3. Review and approval of an extension of a contract between University of Louisiana at Lafayette and Ellucian Company, L.P., in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1615(J)
 4. Review and approval of Water Sector Commission recommendations, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:100.56.
 5. Review of contract extensions between Louisiana Economic Development between Zehnder Communications and Graham Group, in accordance with R.S. 39:1615(J).
 6. Review of a contract amendment between Louisiana Department of Education and Primary Class, Inc., dba Odyssey, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1615(J).
