           Xtreme Measures Business Center will provide customized one-on-one business counseling, business management education and resources for youth, pre-venture and existing minority women owned businesses in Region 7. Our efforts will strengthen Region 7 by providing jobs and revenue to the region’s local municipalities.

To provide women and youth with Training, Education and Resources to succeed in life skills and entrepreneurship to establish businesses, stabilize their companies, generate sustainable profits, strategize for future growth and contribute to the growth and economic development of the community.

In order to create successful business entrepreneurs, the scope of the project will focus on the following: Customized, one-on-one business counseling, Seminars and classes focused on key business topics, such as marketing, finance, certification and small business resources, Review and feedback on written business plans, Financial and Loan package preparation assistance with lender referrals, Certification assistance and review, and Networking opportunities to find mutual support, and access to resources and business referrals.

          Xtreme Measures Business Center will provide clients with Business Start-Up Training, Connection to Resource Partners, Financial and Business Plans Education, Mentorship, Partnerships and Empowerment support to start, retain and/or expand their business. The eight (8) weeks program sessions will accommodate at least 50 clients. The program will consist of the following with a two-week interval up to 8 weeks:

Increase the percentage of minority women owned business by
5% and add 5 youth entrepreneurship programs.
Provide our training to 200 minority women business owners
Assist 20 participants to start or retain a business
Create 35 jobs
Restore minority youth musical arts program
