           Hunters For The Hungry’s mission is to encourage hunters and fishermen to make a difference in the lives of their neighbors by sharing their bounty of wild game and fish in order to combat hunger. Funds are needed to pay fees associated with getting deer, feral hogs, and fish that are donated to our organization processed in a manner that is acceptable to the 5 major food banks throughout Louisiana.

          To provide much needed lean protein to the needy of our state. We supply all 64 parishes with donated game and fish via their local food bank.

What are the goals and objectives for achieving such purpose?
          Wild game can become a nuisance to our agricultural land in Louisiana, especially feral hogs. Our organization is turning these nuisance animals into good use by providing ground meat to shelters, soup kitchens, addiction centers, etc.. throughout Louisiana. There is absolutely no cost to the hunter who is donating the game or the agency that is receiving the ground meat.
