           The programs developed through P.E.E.P., Inc. educate, empower and enrich the lives of
individuals, students, senior citizens and communities in Northeast Louisiana. We offer cutting
edge training that allows our citizens access to services that help them to become an effective
and efficient workforce in 21 st Century. This immediate funding helps our citizens get connected
to vital services that can make the difference between employed or unemployed, in a fast paced
technological advanced society. These programs are so lifesaving, life enhancing and life
changing for many disadvantaged and needy people who otherwise would have no or limit
access to these services. PEEP INC strives to stay actively aware and in touch with resources that
will keep our citizen up to speed with the times and assist them to become proficiently skilled.
Our assessments are based on current living conditions, income, opportunities, cost of goods and
data we have acquired from our prior services and from basic living statistics in Louisiana and
throughout the United States that suggest a success life. These services takes resources, staffing,
outreaching and innovative programs that are demand based.

Boys to Men Mentoring
To develop boys into young men of distinction. Create an environment to reflect the uniqueness of each
by developing talents and skills to enhance a better quality of life. Instruct and present life opportunities
that will empower, educate and enrich their lives and create positive career choices through counseling
and mentorship. Community leadership that builds and foster successful and healthy lifestyles.
Senior Citizen Empowerment- Connect older adults with vital community services that will educate,
empower and help them stay healthy and independent. Assist seniors to operate smart phones, television,
tablets and computers. We offer computer literacy programs that educate seniors about computers, email
and any other technological endeavors. We also teach seniors to read or increase reading speeds and
comprehension. Offer a Safe place to Learn.
Student Computer literacy and Homework assist- Teach computer fundamentals, software basics,
email production, web design, and build skills that help them to become technologically proficient. To
assist students with homework, projects and connect them to many other children services.

          Provide access to information and resources that will enhance and develop successful opportunities for the disadvantaged and underprivileged persons in Northeast Louisiana through education, counseling, mentoring, tutoring and socially assisted aids for a better quality of life.
Assist 20-25 young men through its Boys to Men Mentoring and Apprenticeship programs.
