           The mission is to alleviate distress, reduce neighborhood tensions, and secure services and conditions—social or otherwise—that contribute to the progress and general welfare of the community by empowering residents and enhancing the quality of life in New Orleans East. The New Orleans East Restoration Project is deeply committed to the community's engagement and dedicated to its revitalization. NOERP's strategy is to reunite neighborhoods to address challenges such as litter abatement, beautification, and community rebuilding. NOERP aims to enhance the overall quality of housing, parks, and community facilities for all income levels by fostering neighborhood revitalization efforts that will elevate the quality of life. The focus on neighborhood beautification involves a long-term strategy to maintain, improve, or transform the area's character through cleanliness, the upkeep of buildings and structures, and the addition of greenery and plantings. These focal points will undoubtedly make a neighborhood feel welcoming and cherished. NOERP will collaborate with neighborhoods to encourage local action, helping to develop concepts that envision a clean, safe, accessible, warm, and friendly environment bustling with activities for neighborly interaction. The New Orleans East Restoration Project is ready to meet this challenge and revitalize the area. It is our collective duty to engage the community, including residents, businesses, and social organizations.

          The purpose is to provide educational seminars and workshops geared towards the youth in the community that will focus on litter abatement, beautification and access to resources that will improve neighborhood engagement. The purpose is to provide a messaging campaign and actionable steps that will be able to measure the success of the workshops.

          Our goal is to have a cleaner, safer, and healthier environment for everyone to enjoy. Our goal is to collaborate with other neighborhoods across New Orleans East to build a strong and sustainable community. Our goal is to be change agents that will empower residents with knowledge and strategies on how to maintain cleanliness in their community, by organizing ongoing cleanup events, workshops and seminars on proper waste removal and recycling. Our goal is to work closely with our city and state departments to gain knowledge of opportunities that will benefit New Orleans East. NOERP's objective is to enhance livability and the overall appearance of New Orleans East. Our objective is to encourage environmental sustainability for all residents. By doing these things, we want to ultimately make a difference in the well-being of our community.
