           Based on the most recent vulnerability report provided by our Homeland Security Emergency Preparedness representative, we propose an investment in the buildings of Holy Angels Residential Facility to harden security efforts for the protection of our children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These security measures will provide safety measures for externally and internally.

          Holy Angels is a residential care facility for approximately 180 disabled individuals who live here and 50 children who attend our community school for lessons and ABA therapy. This money will help fund wireless cameras, wireless access controls, and bullet proof windows for the numerous buildings on our 64-acre property.

What are the goals and objectives for achieving such purpose?
          Holy Angels has an overall security plan to increase security across the organization. These grant funds will help to secure our buildings and protect not only these vulnerable citizens but our staff. Adding security to the interior and exterior of our buildings and property will provide the additional security to allow for increased monitoring capabilities and help prevent threats and provide real time updates in an emergency.
