           Rebuild/Renovate the Plaisance Center/The Treasure Box located at 5565 Hwy 1, Lockport, La. 70374 which suffered significant damage during Hurricane Ida. This was the location of one of Lafourche Arc's vocational facilities where services were provided to persons with developmental disabilities as well as employees persons with and without disabilities. FEMA determined the damages did not meet the 50% threshold for replacement.

          Lafourche Arc's public purpose is to provide supports and services to persons with developmental disabilities throughout our communities. It is our belief we can meet the needs of people with developmental disabilities and provide opportunities for growth and independence.

          Our overall goal is to enhance life opportunities and choices for people with developmental disabilities through the provision of a wide range of supports and services. Our goals focus on fostering environments within our communities we serve where all people are valued.
