Provide a summary of the project or program:
           The purpose of these funds will be to underwrite the following program elements:
1. Initiate much needed facility repairs,
2. Continue mechanical upgrades and renovations of aged environmental and electrical systems,
3. Replace crumbling internal and external infrastructure,
4. Establish a modernized lighting and security programs,
5. Preserve historical artifacts and materials located in the Old McKinley High museum,
6. Sustain existing community civic and educational programs and to serve as a support hub for impactful educational, health related and community services.
7. Fund longstanding shortages of professionally and technically trained staff
Specifically, to work towards preservation of Old McKinley, to maintain operational assets, fund annual maintenance & repairs; Continue to use the Old Mckinley Center as a local, state, regional and national civic center; to train and provide work experiences for community residents and businesses; Plan, schedule and support educational and community charitable services and resources; Encourage impactful scientific events, activities, and programs; We desperately need at least $50,000 in 2025-26 to fund the purposed listed above.
We desperately need the requested funds immediately for there are no other sources of funding available to support the identified programs and community-based services which are outlined in the goals and objectives of the Old McKinley Historical Center.

          Between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026 the funds requested will be used to continue preservation efforts of the Old McKinley High, including maintenance, health related, civic and public service operations, so as to be a support hub for impactful local, city, regional and state educational and community charitable services.
