LEGISLATION TO BE CONSIDERED
		SR92	BOUIE	EDUCATION DEPARTMENT - Directs the state Department of Education to provide specific information in a report to the Senate committees on finance and education relative to the original Charter School Demonstration Programs Law.
		SCR37	EDMONDS	BESE - To urge and request BESE to procure an annual license for a 3D game-based learning platform that aligns with chemistry and physical science standards with real-world technologies to provide improved career opportunities for junior high and high school students.
		SCR38	EDMONDS	POSTSECONDARY ED - Creates the Task Force on Career Alignment to study ways to implement education-to-career counseling to assist public college and university students to obtain employment in Louisiana after graduation.
		SCR39	EDMONDS	BESE - Requests BESE to make accessible to athletic directors and coaches a training program covering important safety information for the prevention and treatment of injuries in student athletes.
		SCR40	EDMONDS	STUDENTS - Creates the K-12 School Safety Task Force to study and make recommendations relative to school safety and security.
		SB180	BARROW	EDUCATION DEPARTMENT - Provides for a pioneering STEM technology program known as "Farm-Ed". (8/1/25) (OR INCREASE GF EX See Note)
		HCR24	MIKE JOHNSON	SCHOOLS/HIGH SCHOOL - Creates a special committee of the legislature to study the Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA)
		HB202	BOYD	HIGHER EDUCATION - Provides for a privacy waiver relative to certain mental health information of postsecondary education students
		HB213	ST. BLANC	SCHOOLS/BOARDS - Authorizes a public school to sell and trade certain technology equipment
		HB344	BERAULT	STUDENT/DISCIPLINE - Provides for the transfer of school disciplinary records (EG NO IMPACT See Note)
		HB352	LARVADAIN	EARLY CHILDHOOD - Provides relative to background checks for certain early childhood workers (EG DECREASE SG RV See Note)
		HB466	CARLSON	TEACHERS/SALARY - Requires school systems to provide a salary increase for teachers and other school employees using savings attributable to the state's payment of certain unfunded accrued liability of the Teachers' Retirement System of Louisiana (RE INCREASE GF EX See Note)
