HEALTH/HOSPITALS DEPT:  Directs the Department of Health and Hospitals to submit a Section 1115 Medicaid demonstration waiver to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services designed to protect Medicaid and uninsured services being delivered and complement existing upper payment limit funding programs.

Current Status:  Sent to the Secretary of State
