LEGIS POWERS/FUNCTIONS:  Expresses support of and provides authority for actions by the LSU Board of Supervisors for strategic collaboration with Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, as well as seeking, considering, and evaluating other alternatives and strategies, in planning for a new model of health care delivery and medical education in the Baton Rouge region.
