CHAPTER 15. CONTINUUM OF CARE FOR
CERTAIN PREGNANT WOMEN AND PARENTS
§1451. Definitions
As used in this Chapter, the following terms have the meaning ascribed to them in
this Section:
(1) "Department" means the Department of Children and Family Services.
(2) "Program" means the continuum of care program established and provided for
in this Chapter.
(3) "TANF" means the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families block grant
program established pursuant to the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity
Reconciliation Act of 1996, P.L. 104-193, and administered in this state by the Department
of Children and Family Services.
