§186.6. Implementation of Safe Return Representation Fund

            A. Subject to appropriation, or the availability of other monies to the program, the office shall develop a program to establish a flexible delivery system that is responsive to jurisdictional variances and local community needs.

            B. The office shall choose a method of implementation of the Safe Return Representation Program that is efficient, feasible, practicable, and appropriate to provide the best delivery of indigent parent representation.
