§186.6. Implementation of Safe Return Representation Fund
A. Subject to appropriation, or the availability of other monies to the program, the
board shall develop a program to establish a flexible delivery system that is responsive to
jurisdictional variances and local community needs. The board may implement the program
incrementally, but full statewide implementation shall be completed not later than July 1,
2017.
B. The board shall choose a method of implementation of the Safe Return
Representation Program that is efficient, feasible, practicable, and appropriate to provide the
best delivery of indigent parent representation.
