§407.50.1. Health-related policies; parental notification
Each licensed early learning center shall provide a written copy of all health-related
policies established by the center, including policies regarding accidents, allergic reactions,
fever, illness, immunizations, infection, and injuries, to the parent or guardian of each child
attending or enrolled in the early learning center. Such policies shall be binding upon the
early learning center and the child's parent or legal guardian. However, nothing in this
Section shall be construed to provide any exemptions or exclusions to any protections or
waivers established by law.
