§4710.29. Reporting

            The authority shall present to the city council of New Orleans an annual written report on its financial condition at a meeting of the city council in the second fiscal quarter of each year. The written report shall include the latest available annual and year-to-date financial statements, operating and capital budgets for the current year and proposed for the upcoming year, and a schedule of all reserves held by the authority for future use pursuant to R.S. 33:4710.19(B)(5) specifying each project for which a reserve has been established.
