§1141. Boaters' and fishermen's pledge
In order to fulfill the obligations and responsibilities under this Chapter, the secretary
may promote and encourage a program known as "boaters' and fishermen's pledge" whereby
the program may be conducted asking sportsmen to sign a commitment to bring trash and
debris generated in their vehicle or boat back home or to proper disposal receptacles.
