§3725. Department powers and duties
The department, in consultation with the board, may adopt rules pursuant to the
Administrative Procedure Act to implement core skills, roles, and competencies for
community health workers; to implement standards and requirements for community health
worker education and training programs; and to implement standards for community health
worker education.
