§1141.33. Upkeep of the planned community
Except as otherwise provided by the community documents, the association is
responsible for maintenance, repair, and replacement of the common areas and limited
common areas, and each lot owner is responsible for the maintenance of his lot and the
maintenance, repair, and replacement of any improvements located thereon. Each lot owner
shall afford to the association, and to its agents or employees, access through his lot that is
reasonably necessary for those purposes.
