§4876.2. Offense
A. A person commits an offense if the person maintains a public nuisance
described by R.S. 33:4876.1.
B. An offense under R.S. 33:4876.1 is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine
not to exceed two hundred dollars.
C. The court shall order the abatement and removal of the nuisance upon
conviction.
