§327.1. Lake Borgne Surge Barrier; memorial
Notwithstanding the provisions of R.S. 42:267 or any other law to the
contrary, the Lake Borgne Surge Barrier, otherwise known as the "Great Wall of
Louisiana", shall be named the President George W. Bush Surge Barrier.
