§§3388.3. Applicability
A. It is the intent of the legislature that there be a single authority issuing credentials
for addictive disorder counseling and prevention professionals in Louisiana. The authority
for issuing and recognizing credentials for professionals engaged in the providing of
counseling and prevention services for those who suffer from addictive disorders shall be the
Addictive Disorder Regulatory Authority.
