§977.8. Eligibility; future federal legislation
The department, upon enactment by congress of legislation allowing the same, may
utilize income determinations made by the Food Stamp Program, WIC, the National School
Lunch Program, or the successor of any of these programs for determining income eligibility
for the Louisiana Medicaid program or LaCHIP.
