§1199.14. Substance abuse treatment and counseling
A. The department may enter into cooperative endeavors or contracts with the
Louisiana Department of Health, educational institutions, training facilities, and service
providers to provide for substance abuse treatment and counseling for inmates participating
in the program.
B. The department shall determine the amount of substance abuse treatment and
counseling that inmates who participate in the program shall receive.
