§3046.2. Administration; rulemaking authority
A. The Board of Regents shall establish the criteria for initial and continuing
eligibility, the method for determining the award amount, and other program requirements
not otherwise provided in this Chapter.
B. The Board of Regents, through the office of student financial assistance, shall
administer the program and shall adopt rules necessary to implement the provisions of this
Chapter in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.
