Art. 1269.7. Agreements confected after final decree

            The adoptive parent and any relative or foster caregiver who may be permitted continuing contact in accordance with Article 1269.2(B) may enter into an agreement regarding communication or contact after entry of a final decree of adoption. The agreement shall be enforceable only if filed with the court and approved in accordance with this Chapter.
