SUBPART B. AMORTIZATION OF UNFUNDED

ACCRUED LIABILITIES

§41. Purpose of Subpart

           The purpose of this Subpart is to initiate compliance with the requirements of Article X, Section 29(E)(2)(c) and (3) of the Constitution of Louisiana that the legislature provide with respect to the amortization of the unfunded accrued liabilities of state and statewide public retirement systems.           Acts 1988, No. 81, §2, eff.
