§149.1. Domicile of office; venue
A. The office shall be domiciled in East Baton Rouge Parish.
B. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the venue for any civil
proceeding by or against the office or to which the office is a party shall be East Baton Rouge
Parish.
