SUBPART D-2. BALANCED TREATMENT FOR
CREATION-SCIENCE AND EVOLUTION-SCIENCE
IN PUBLIC SCHOOL INSTRUCTION
§286.1. Short title
This Subpart shall be known as the "Balanced Treatment for Creation-Science and
Evolution-Science Act."
