CHAPTER 19. SCHOOL COUNSELORS AND DIRECTORS
§3001. Declaration of policy
It is hereby declared that the welfare of the people of the state of Louisiana and future
progress of our nation requires that the talents of its youth be developed to their fullest
possible extent and that the waste of any student's talent, no matter what its nature, is not in
the best interests of the present or future welfare of the citizens of our state.
