§1491.8. Small campaigns; affidavit in lieu of reports
Any committee which did not receive a contribution in excess of five hundred dollars
and which did not make expenditures totaling in excess of ten thousand dollars in the
aggregate during the aggregating period may file an affidavit setting out such facts, in lieu
of any report required by R.S. 18:1491.6; but a separate affidavit shall be required in lieu of
any such report.
