§344. Operating funds

            The legislature shall provide sufficient funds for the proper professional operation of the properties of the Louisiana State Museum, according to accepted standards of museum operations and practices as established by the American Alliance of Museums, including a competent professional, technical, and administrative staff, all members of which shall be subject to the civil service laws.
