§3713. Continuing education
A.(1) A licensed behavior analyst shall annually complete a minimum number of
hours of continuing education relevant to the practice of behavior analysis as established by
the board.
(2) A certified assistant behavior analyst shall annually complete a minimum number
of hours of continuing education relevant to the practice of behavior analysis as established
by the board.
B. The board shall develop the requirements for continuing education.
C. The continuing education classes shall be approved by the board.
