§4720.11.  Sale of property in the Lower Ninth Ward

Note: New Chapter 13-A was to be enacted by Acts 2014, Acts 801, §1, effective subject to Section 3 of Acts 2014, No. 801. Section 3 of Act 801 reads as follows:

Section 3. This Act shall take effect and become operative if and when the Act which originated as House Bill No. 489 of this 2014 Regular Session of the Legislature is enacted and becomes effective.
