§1045. Officers; meetings; quorum
A. The board shall choose from its membership a president and a secretary-treasurer.
The board shall hold regular semiannual meetings. Four members shall constitute a quorum
for the transaction of business.
B. All proceedings of the board are to be conducted in conformity with the
provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:950 et seq.
