§917. Composition of board
The board shall be composed of two members who are nursing service
administrators; three members who are nurse educators, one of whom is a representative of
an associate degree program in nursing, if such a representative applies to be and is submitted
as a candidate for board membership in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 37:914(B);
three members who are in other areas of nursing practice, one of whom is an advanced
practice registered nurse; and one certified registered nurse anesthetist. In addition, there
shall be two consumer members of the board as provided in R.S. 37:914(B).
